Cancellation by Site / Customer You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot i.e. before the product gets dispatched for which you have placed an order by calling our customer care service or directly on the website. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you. In case of COD order you can only open the package after making payment to the delivery person. Once the order package is opened then order cannot be cancelled. In case delivery person reach your doorstep and you do not want to receive the order for any reason then you will have to either contact our customer care service for order cancellation or you can fill the order cancel request form on website. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

- AT RNG EKO GREEN, we have a very easy & hassle-free return and exchange policy.
- In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy allows for you to return it within 3 days of its delivery.
- We will take 5-7 business days to process returns once received, once the return is approved refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and in some cases 21 business days.
- In case of International shipments, products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept the return of masks, face shields, briefs, Panties, bloomers, lingerie accessories & shapewear.
- We do not accept the return of Fashion Wear products without the price tag attached on it, in any case of a broken price tag return of products will not be accepted.
- We do not accept the return of electronic goods without their original package box or if any related accessory is missing from the original package box.
- For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept the return of personal grooming & healthcare devices like shaver, trimmers, hair stylers, oximeter etc. unless they have manufacturing defects.
Is my purchase eligible for exchange, and how do I exchange my purchase? Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect size or colour of product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please do photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging.
- If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our customer care team within 2 working days of delivery with the following information: - Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image/video of the item.

What if I need a different size in the same style I have purchased?
In case product is returned due to any manufacturing defect, the same product will be sent to you. Returned product can’t be exchanged with any other new product or different size.
How do I initiate a return?
- For Fashion Wear: Simply place unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing. Enclose your invoice inside.
- For Electronic Goods: Simply place the product and all the related accessories in its original packing. Enclose your invoice inside.
- We can arrange for the parcel to be picked. Call or WhatsApp us at +91 8595152332 or drop us an email at email@example.com to check if your pin code falls under this service.
- In case it does not, simply courier the parcel to our address. Enclose the courier receipt to get a refund for courier charges.
- In either case, please also enclose any RNG EKO GREEN Collectible items or any other free gifts you received with your order.
- In applicable cases, the courier return charges will be added to the amount.
What are the items/services that cannot be returned?
- For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept return of briefs, Panties, bloomers, lingerie accessories & shapewear.
- For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept the return of personal grooming devices like shaver, trimmers, hair stylers etc. unless they have manufacturing defects.
- We do not accept return of products without the price tag attached on it, in any case of a broken price tag return of products will not be accepted.
- Cash cannot be claimed against gift cards.
- No item that has been sold as part of a multi-pack can be returned as an individual item.
- Items bought under discount during sales or special promotions or using credit coupons or promo codes cannot be returned.
- For Electronic Goods: Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of damage, scratch marks.
- For Fashion Wear: Once we receive a returned parcel, we reserve the right to refuse the return of items that show visible signs of having been worn, washed or soiled.
How much time it takes for an exchange or issuing of credit or refund?
- We first need to receive the original products back in our warehouse. Once received, it will take us minimum 5-7 business days to process the return.
- In case of refund or credit being issued for other reasons, we will take minimum 5-7 business days to process it, and a maximum of 21 business days in some cases from the date of the receipt of request from the customer.
