Warranty Description
Warranty of the product is limited to manufacturing defects only. Glass breakage is not covered under warranty. If glass part of product gets broken or product is damaged due to mishandling by the customer then product is out of warranty. Any defective product can be returned to RNG EKO GREEN Authorised service centers (ASC) or any other designated facility within the specified period above from the date of purchase of the product. This product, determined defective after due inspection, will be Repaired or Exchanged with a new or refurbished product as determined by the ASC. In case of non-availability of the product, the defective unit will be replaced by another similar usage product of either of the same or higher MRP. Proof of purchase that is a copy of the invoice/receipt/order-id to evidence the date of purchase will have to be provided to claim the product under warranty.


Services At Your Doorstep
1) When product is covered under warranty:
We provide warranty services at your doorstep. If you face any issue with the product, you may contact our customer care service or you can fill the above warranty/repair form on website. We will review your request and check if product is covered under warranty or not. If the product you purchased is covered under warranty then we send our courier person to pick up the product from your address and then review the product and repair/replace it and courier it back to your address. So, you do not need to physically visit any service centre and gets resolution for your product related issues at your doorstep. In some cases, we may nominally charge you for the delivery services.
2) When product is not covered under warranty
If the product is not covered under warranty then we will charge you for the delivery services and also for the repair. We will inform you about the delivery charges after checking your product and pick up address. We will inform you about the repair charges once we receive the product and we review the issue. The repair charges will be very genuine.


Extended Warranty
For some products we are also offering Extended Warranty Services which you may purchase for those products from our website. Products for which we are offering Extended Warranty on our website you will see the text “To get an extended warranty on this product please scroll down to the end of the page and add the EXTENDED WARRANTY Product to the cart.” So, suppose you purchase 1 year extended warranty for a product and if its standard warranty is 1 year so now your product is covered under 1+1 = 2 year warranty.
